DI Infotech may collect an initial consultation or service registration fee of ₹199 to understand your business requirements, analyse your needs, and connect you with our expert team.

This fee covers the initial consultation process, requirement analysis, communication, and administrative activities.

The ₹199 consultation fee is fully refundable in accordance with the terms mentioned below.

The ₹199 consultation fee is fully refundable in the following situations:

a. If the client or DI Infotech is unable to attend the initial consultation call for any reason.

b. If the initial consultation call has been completed, but the client decides not to enrol in the Lead Orbit Program.

The client may request a refund of the ₹199 consultation fee either before or after the initial consultation call, provided that the client has not enrolled in the Lead Orbit Program.

Clients may cancel the initial consultation at any time before the scheduled call by contacting DI Infotech through its official communication channels.

If the consultation call cannot be attended or completed by either the client or DI Infotech, the client will remain eligible for a full refund of the ₹199 consultation fee.

The fee for the main Lead Orbit Program is ₹90,000, or such other amount as may be mutually agreed in writing between DI Infotech and the client.

Enrolment in the Lead Orbit Program will be considered complete once the client accepts the applicable program terms and makes a full or partial payment toward the program fee.

Once the client has enrolled in the Lead Orbit Program, all amounts paid toward the program are non-refundable.

No refund will be provided after enrolment due to a change of mind, non-participation, inability to attend sessions, dissatisfaction with expected results, or discontinuation of the program by the client, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

In the event of a payment failure, a duplicate transaction, or deduction of an amount without successful registration, clients may contact our support team with complete transaction details.

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Refund requests for the ₹199 consultation fee must be submitted through DI Infotech's official communication channels.

The client must provide their registered name, registered contact information, transaction ID, payment proof, and any other information reasonably required to verify the payment.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 working days. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the client's account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.

Payment of the ₹199 consultation fee does not constitute enrolment in the Lead Orbit Program and does not obligate the client to purchase the program.

Payment of the consultation fee or enrolment in the Lead Orbit Program does not guarantee specific business results, leads, sales, rankings, revenue growth, or any other particular outcome.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and other terms of the Lead Orbit Program will be communicated separately and may be governed by an additional agreement accepted by the client at the time of enrolment.

DI Infotech reserves the right to verify payment and enrolment details before processing any refund request.

A refund request may be delayed if the client does not provide valid or complete transaction details, payment proof, and registered contact information.

DI Infotech reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated policy will be published on this page.

Changes to this policy will not affect refund rights that have already arisen before the updated policy takes effect.
