2. Refund Eligibility

The ₹199 consultation fee is non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed and the consultation/service process has been initiated.

Since the fee is associated with initial consultation and requirement analysis, refund requests after service initiation may not be accepted.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the consultation process begins. However, cancellation after payment confirmation may not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of payment failure, duplicate transactions, or amount deduction without successful service registration, customers can contact our support team with complete transaction details.

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.

5. Service Delivery Terms

Payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee approval of any project, specific business results, leads, sales, rankings, or revenue growth.
